Our team visits each farm annually to verify sustainable practices: no harmful pesticides, fair wages for harvesters, and eco-friendly processing (like sun-drying for white teas and traditional stone-grinding for Matcha).

First, our in-house tea experts taste 50+ samples monthly to select only the top 10% (we reject batches with off-flavors, uneven leaves, or low nutrient density).
